Privacy policy

The quote form asks for your company, a contact name, a phone number, the loading and delivery cities, and optionally an email address, what the goods are, an approximate weight, a preferred date and any notes you add. The phone number is required because it is how we call you back to confirm the load.

Alongside that we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and the name your browser reports. Neither is used to identify or profile you. They exist only to limit how many requests can come from one place, so the form cannot be used for automated abuse. The IP address itself is never stored in a readable form.

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser rather than a script. It runs silently and does not ask you to solve anything. To perform that check, Cloudflare receives information about your browser and connection.

Cloudflare's handling of that information is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Turnstile does not use the information to build advertising profiles.

This website carries no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

No cookie is set for advertising or analytics. If you log in to the customer portal, a session cookie keeps you signed in, and a small preference cookie remembers which financial year you are viewing. That is all.

For customers who book consignments with us, we hold the commercial records the business runs on: lorry receipts, bills, payments and the contact details needed to raise them. These are your own records, and the customer portal exists so you can read them yourself rather than take our word for a figure.

We are a registered Goods Transport Agency, so some of this information has to be retained and reported to meet tax and GST obligations.

The website and database run on infrastructure operated by hosting and database providers on our behalf, and generated documents are stored with a cloud storage provider. They process this information only to run the service for us. Beyond that, information is disclosed only where the law or a tax authority requires it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a quote request you sent. Write to info@naveenlogistics.com or call +91 84 31 248061. Records we are legally required to keep for tax and GST purposes cannot be deleted until that obligation ends.
