ODC & Oversized Cargo Transport in Bengaluru

Send the overall length, width, height and weight of the cargo, including its packing or supporting frame. Photographs or a drawing can help explain projections, lifting points and the shape of machinery that cannot be described by weight alone.

Tell us whether the item can be dismantled and how it will be lifted onto and off the vehicle. A vehicle length listed on the website is not confirmation that a particular oversized load can travel on it.

Provide the loading and unloading addresses, access restrictions and preferred date. The vehicle and route need assessment before availability, price or timing can be confirmed.

Discuss any route permissions, escorts, lifting equipment or site arrangements required for the proposed movement with the office. Have the responsibilities and charges agreed for your particular booking before dispatch.

Naveen Logistics arranges the booking and raises the lorry receipt as the Goods Transport Agency. Keep the agreed load details with your consignment records and use the LR number when contacting the office about the shipment.

• Overall length, width, height and weight, including packing
• Photos or a drawing of the cargo and its lifting points
• Loading and unloading addresses, access limits and lifting arrangements
• Preferred movement date and the site contact at each end

Can you quote ODC transport from weight alone?

Dimensions, cargo shape, the route and loading arrangements are also needed. Share these details so the office can assess the vehicle and the proposed movement.

Are permits and escorts automatically included?

Confirm any required permissions, escorts and other arrangements with the office for the particular movement. The scope and charges need to be agreed as part of the booking.
